Our story
Few words about us
Bridging Gaps started in June 2024 as an initiative to support middle managers in the IT industry in Romania with the final aim to mature the local IT landscape.
Though initially only IT executives and senior leaders joined the platform to share from their own experiences, Bridging Gaps diversified recently bringing together experts from other industries and domains and with complementary skillsets, being able now to support better our community.
Also, initially the platform was centered on 1:1 mentoring or coaching sessions, now we're hosting regular webinars or events, in our aim to reach and support more people at
the same time.
All of these - pro-bono, no fees.

Our Team
We're proud to have brought together senior tech leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and experienced mentors or coaches. All sharing similar core values: giving back; either sharing from their own experiences, either following a structured mentoring or coaching plan, All of us at Bridging Gaps are putting forward personal time to grow the next generation of leaders in Romania.
