Alin is an experienced business transformation leader focused on both people and technology. Throughout his career (17+ years) he led strategic projects in various industries such as: media, pharma, IT, hi-tech, consumer goods & energy management.

While holding senior roles in transitions, workforce management, operations, continuous improvement and practice, Alin’s expertise in the E2E business models is helping organizations move from an evolving to a leading maturity level. Yet by having the privilege of guiding individuals and teams and unlocking their true potential. As technology evolves, Alin remains committed to prioritize people and at the same time empowering them to thrive.

He is currently the Business Transformation & Change Leader for Schneider Electric, holds a Master’s degree in finance and he is certified in change management, accounts payable and six sigma.
