I bring over 20 years of experience in consulting, banking, and IT. I began as an IT specialist and evolved into roles in management, team development, and people management. My transition into coaching was born from a desire to understand the art of management more deeply—and to truly understand the people I work with.

Over the years, I've dedicated hundreds of hours to coaching, training, studies, supervision, mentoring, and obtaining certifications in psychological profiling under some of the best professionals in the field. I firmly believe that if you want to work with professionals, you must be a professional—it’s about respect. I became a certified coach in 2015 (ACC – Associate Certified Coach from ICF) and earned my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential in 2023.

I am passionate about building a management style where coaching is a natural, constant part of the process. I believe in excellence, lifelong learning, and continuous personal development. As both a coach and an IT manager, I know that every significant change starts with a decision, a revelation, and a clear plan. Coaching empowers clients by placing the decision, the power, the responsibility—and the solution—in their hands. That’s the beauty and magic of coaching: it’s full of “aha” moments and deep, transformative insights. Too often, people compare themselves to others and try to climb someone else’s hill when they have the potential to reach their own Everest. Through coaching, I help my clients discover their unique Everest and guide them toward achieving it. Ultimately, it’s not the mountain that we conquer, but ourselves. By recognizing and overcoming our boundaries, barriers, and limiting patterns, we set the stage for genuine progress. I am a Coach—a dialog partner.
