Over the course of her 20+ years career, she has led large global organizations and proudly contributed to the growth of over 200 leaders - from first-time managers to directors - while empowering thousands of individual contributors. With seven published non-fiction books, Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge to Bridging Gaps mentorship initiative.

Carmen is certified Six Sigma & Lean IT Black Belt, PMI, SAFe and Scaling up practitioner, but her strength is her belief in the immense potential, hidden in each individual and waiting to be uncovered, making her an inspiring and influential mentor.
