I've always believed that people don’t need fixing—they need someone to believe in them loud enough, so they start believing in themselves.
My mission as a mentor is deeply personal: I want to be that mirror for others—the one that reflects back their strengths, helps them reconnect with purpose, and move forward with clarity. I'm offering my time and experience to support leaders, who are navigating complex, systemic challenges without always having the tools or guidance they need.

With over 20 years in leadership roles—including 12 years at Oracle and now leading large-scale transformation at Kellanova—I bring a systems-level understanding of how organizations work (and don’t). I’ve partnered directly with SVPs across Europe, led global engineering teams, and shaped people strategies at scale. I’m certified in coaching and Six Sigma Green Belt, and I thrive at the intersection of business transformation and human development.
