Lavinia Jisa

I've always been fascinated by the human mind and behavior—the good, the bad, the beauty, the chaos, and the incredible potential we hold. This curiosity led me to study Psychology, which later paved the way for my journey as an agile coach, a leader, and a personal & business coach.
I’ve found myself struggling many times—both personally and professionally. There were moments when I walked away, convincing myself that I was searching for something different, something better rather than facing the ugly & the bad. I am still looking for my true purpose in career and life & I am on a continuous journey of learning, failing , growing and self-discovery. I am embracing the fact that this journey is far from over.
A defining moment in my journey was moving from Romania to Germany, a shift that brought both excitement and immense challenges. Learning a new language, adapting to a different culture, and building meaningful connections often felt like an uphill battle. In the beginning, I struggled—not only with integration but also with the realization that part of my education was overlooked, making job opportunities seem frustratingly out of reach. Yet, this experience helped me to grow, pushing me to adapt, expand my perspective, and redefine my path.
I have also (surprise-surprise) a background in technology, having worked in technical customer support, integration testing, and business analysis. However, after some time, I felt the need to reconnect with my true passion—working with people . This led me to transition into the role of an Agile Coach, a journey I’ve been on for over four years. After stepping into the role of Agile Coach, leadership naturally followed. Today, I lead a team of Agile Coaches and truly appreciate the growth, challenges, and beauty that come with this responsibility.
n parallel in 2022, I chose to return to my roots, training as a systemic business and personal coach. This decision allowed me to merge my understanding of human behavior with practical coaching methodologies.
Finding my identity as a human being felt like climbing a mountain of its own. So if you feel stuck in your identity, as if you’re trapped in your drawer—you’re not alone.
