Leo is an experienced technology leader, passionate about Agile methodologies, empathic leadership and building high-performing teams.

Over the course of his 17+ year career, he successfully led 100+ people teams and delivered multi-million Euro projects across industries ranging from Automotive, Telecom, and Tax. His mission is to help new and aspiring tech managers step into leadership roles with confidence and give experienced managers the tools they need to grow into senior leadership.
He's passionate about developing future leaders and driving innovation.

He is currently the Head of Technology and Innovation for Deloitte Tax&Legal Romania, holds several Agile and PMI certifications, and is enrolled in an Executive MBA at the Bucharest International School of Management. Leo dedicates part of his free time to mentoring people and writing online on LinkedIn or his newsletter, “The Tech Leadership Playbook.”
