With over 15 years of experience leading teams, Mihai combines hands-on leadership, business understanding, and a deep care for people. He started his career in sales, where he stood out not just through strong results, but through his ability to truly understand people, build trust, and find the right solutions. These early skills shaped his approach when he moved into IT management, where he's continued to grow teams and guide others with clarity and empathy.

Today, Mihai is a Business Partner within the Global Delivery Center across several business lines. Over the years, he's helped build and scale high-performing, motivated teams, always focused on creating the kind of environment where people can thrive, evolve, and feel supported.

What makes Mihai truly stand out is his all-in attitude. He’s the kind of leader who doesn’t just guide from the sidelines—he gets involved.
