One day, I decided to change direction—and suddenly, I was managing people.

A completely different game, requiring a whole new skill set!I wish I had a mentor to guide me—someone to help me lead more effectively and navigate tricky situations. But I didn’t, and I found myself overthinking at night, feeling drained, and questioning myself.It was tough. Some lessons, I had to learn the hard way.

Today, alongside my work in Digital Product Strategy and Consulting, I am the coach and mentor that I needed back then. I help tech professionals grow as leaders, clarify their career path, and find or transition into their next role.
