Steliana Moraru is a multidisciplinary professional with expertise in strategic management, operations, digital transformation, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. She currently serves as Head of Growth – Financial Services at TotalSoft, a regional leader in business software solutions, where she contributes to the company’s international expansion and strategic development.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) within the OTP financial group, Steliana oversaw complex operations and strategic projects, leading major digital transformation initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in implementing innovative technological projects and advanced e-governance solutions, making a direct and positive impact on communities across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

As a Business Coach and university lecturer, Steliana actively promotes a culture of innovation, inclusive leadership, and continuous learning. With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, she delivers courses on Leadership, Management, Female Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Change Management. She currently teaches at the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Business and Administration and at Skillab, an international learning platform. Steliana holds a PhD in Communication Sciences and has earned academic certifications and distinctions from both local and international universities.

Steliana is deeply committed to advancing women’s access to management roles, through mentoring and by supporting initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion. She serves on the boards of several local and international organizations, including Carierista.org, Global WomenTechLeaders, and UniHub – The Student Entrepreneurship Organization at the University of Bucharest. Through her professional and social engagement, Steliana aims to leave a lasting, positive impact on the community and future generations.
