Tiberiu Anghel is an experienced professional that combines start-up experience and corporate knowledge to fuse and unite best of both worlds.

He is leading Booking Holdings Romania Security and Fraud unit that, along with other teams in Booking Holdings Center of Excellence, has been created to support projects enabled by new and emerging technologies, leveraging the first share service capabilities and collaboration initiatives. He is also acting as Board Member for ISACA Romania Chapter, advancing awareness, public policy and education in information security.

Tiberiu has co-founded and exited several start-ups during the last 15 years, most notably CyBourn. He also crashed a good chunk of initiatives and projects, part of a beautiful maturing path. He has acted as mentor for several Romanian incubation and acceleration projects.
