WIn my 15 years of IT experience, I have built and turned several teams into high-value-delivering teams. Everything from QA to Development, to DevOps, and fully integrated cross-functional teams, I aimed to have people make the biggest impact possible — removing waste, creating a culture of learning, and encouraging individuals to become more than they think they can be.

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that real success in our field should not only be measured by projects delivered; it should also be seen in the people we build into teams that drive change, challenge the norm, and constantly evolve.

We’ve built an engine of inno­va­tion by stim­u­lat­ing expe­ri­men­ta­tion, learn­ing from fail­ures, and fine-tun­ing with every run. I firmly believe that sharing knowledge expands knowledge.
