Alina is a strategic partner for organizational leaders, with over 25 years of experience in general management, operations, and project and talent management. For 13 years, she served as Managing Director of a renowned Romanian naval architecture and design company with 350+ design engineers, where she discovered her passion for managing organizational transformations and culture. She led the company through four cycles of capability growth and helped numerous engineers enhance their project management and leadership skills.
Since 2019, Alina has established a respected executive and business coaching practice in Milan, trusted by ambitious entrepreneurs and managers in industries such as engineering, biotech, IT, finance, professional services, academia, and research. With her personalized approach and over 1,750 hours of coaching across 17 countries, Alina empowers leaders to boost motivation, navigate transitions successfully, expand their impact, and achieve both professional and personal fulfilment.
