Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead high-impact strategic projects that have transformed organizational cultures and driven measurable performance improvements. I've been fortunate to lead teams ranging from a few dozen to over a thousand people, holding senior roles such as Senior Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Vice President of Strategy. My work spans both domestic and international sectors, where I’ve partnered with major clients to address complex, transformative initiatives.

My qualifications include an EMBA, certification as a Professional Certified Accountant, a Master’s in Engineering, and a Master’s in Psychology specializing in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. Yet, the endorsements I value most come from the teams I’ve guided and the impactful projects we’ve accomplished together.

Since 2018, I’ve focused my career on consulting and mentoring as a Business Leadership Expert and Certified Psychologist, combining strategic insights with a deep understanding of human behavior. I’m passionate about helping managers and entrepreneurs tackle new challenges, with the belief that resilience and well-being are two sides of the same coin.

As a founding partner at DigiQuery, I contribute to the "Leader in Progress" program, a holistic initiative aimed at elevating leadership by enhancing both strategic and operational expertise, as well as the ability to inspire and engage teams effectively.
